How much time does a home inspection take?

The size and condition of the home determines the amount of time a home inspection takes. The mid-size home in marginal condition takes an average of 2-4 hours.

How much does a home inspection cost?

The cost of a home inspection is dependent on the size and condition of the home. Prices start at $400 for our standard inspection of a home less than 1,800 square feet, in marginal condition. Please contact us for specialized pricing for pre-listing, home check-up, and outbuilding inspections.

When can I expect to receive the inspection report?

Legally, inspectors have three days to deliver their findings. Our thorough full-colored report includes pictures and will be emailed to you within one or two days after the inspection is completed. In some cases, when agreed upon, the report can be delivered the same day.
